Addition and Renovation for Growing Nursing and Healthcare Demand - Stanton, DE

Delaware Technical & Community College hired design Collective in association with Buck Simpers Architect + Associates to provide architectural design services for the expansion of the C-wing at the Stanton Campus. Over the last 10 years, the College’s nursing program has experienced significant growth in enrollment, supportive services for nursing students and graduates entering the workforce. The planned 30,000 square foot addition, and approximately 10,000 square feet of associated renovations, will add state-of-the-art instructional facilities, labs and simulation environments through phased construction.
