Design Collective Receives Two USGBC Maryland Chapter Awards

Design Collective was recognized by the USGBC’s Maryland Chapter at this year’s 6^th Annual Wintergreen Awards Program with two Awards for Excellence for the design of the new West Towson Elementary School in Baltimore County and the design of The Fitzgerald, a new transit-oriented mixed-use development in Baltimore City. West Towson Elementary has achieved LEED NC Silver Certification, while The Fitzgerald is currently registered to achieve a minimum of LEED NC Silver certification with the possibility of attaining Gold. The firm was also recognized as a finalist for project innovation for the design of an environmentally responsive campus master plan for a new School of Planning and Architecture in Bhopal, India.
