Design Collective is working with Flaherty & Collins providing architectural design, landscape and interior design services on new mixed-use development projects in Indianapolis. Flaherty & Collins is one of the Midwest’s largest and most experienced developers of multifamily properties and a recognized leader in construction and property management. Design Collective is currently providing landscape “9750 On the Park” in Orland Park, Illinois. 9750 will consist of approximately 295 residential units, 4,000 sf of retail, 9,000 sf of tenant amenity space and 365 space parking garage.
