The Bozzuto Group unveiled Maryland’s first public electric vehicle charging stations at its new signature residential development, The Fitzgerald, designed by Design Collective. Two (2) ChargePro charging stations were installed within The Fitzgerald’s 1,245-space public parking garage, with the potential for two (2) additional stations to be installed in the future. With 950 spaces available for use by the University of Baltimore, the garage provides 60 percent of the school’s student parking and effectively accommodates resident and public parking needs. The charging stations are available to the general public to recharge any new mass-marketed electric vehicle.
