National Aquarium Living Seashore Exhibit Selected as a Winner in the 28th Annual American Alliance of Museums Excellence in Exhibition Competition for Special Achievement, Engagement with a Living Collection

The judges were impressed with the amount of research reflecting a deep level of thought into the exhibit development and changing behavior of the audience—providing a rich experience in a relatively small space with lots of content that didn’t feel crowded. This award was announced publicly at the 2016 AAM Annual Meeting in Washington, DC during “The 28th Annual Excellence in Exhibition Competition” session on Friday, May 27th.
