The Fitzgerald Garners Citation Award For Residential Architecture

AIA Maryland celebrated the design excellence of architecture in Maryland at its annual awards gala held Hosted by the School of Architecture & Planning at Morgan State University. Design Collective received a Citation Award for the design of The Fitzgerald, a new transit-oriented development and mixed-use apartment community in Baltimore’s Mount Vernon district. The awards jury was impressed with the overall high quality of work. Jury Chair Steve Dumez, FAIA of New Orleans commented, “We were pleased to see a really high level of built work at a great diversity of scales and programs, and I think the awards reflect that diversity.”
