The City of Rockford, Belmont Sayre and Design Collective are spearheading an effort to transform this pivotal historic site into 1300 Rock Street: an unique address for business in Rockford. New open greenspaces and a water-way flowing through the campus create a tranquil urban destination which bridges existing city parks to the north and south. Public and semi-public trails through the site and water features throughout the campus connect South Park with downtown to the North.

Historic buildings are redesigned to accommodate corporate, healthcare, education, and technology tenants. Outdoor recreational space, seasonal outdoor events and signature destination restaurants blend public with private. Revitalized building facades address a redeveloped and more vibrant Main Street.
