The Johns Hopkins at Keswick campus is an office complex comprised of 2 connected five-story existing office buildings totaling approximately 420,000 square feet with an attached parking structure.

Design Collective was tasked to develop the facilities master plan through space planning and provide a phased renovation/tenant fit-out for the entire campus to house numerous tenants related to the Johns Hopkins Health system, including departments of Finance, Information Technologies and Communications. The building is also home to the Johns Hopkins Facilities and Real Estate department, which manages projects for the University and Health Systems. In addition, Design Collective and consultants worked to update existing infrastructure to accommodate the new occupants and renovated the public spaces of the buildings including 2 main entrance lobbies and large cafe and dining space.
