The redevelopment plan for this 40-acre site calls for 400-500 new housing units, 150,000 SF of retail and commercial space, a 250-room hotel/inn, and a marina. The plan also includes a waterfront promenade/boardwalk, a series of parks, greens, squares, and plazas available for public use and recreation. The plan anticipates approximately 500 new jobs for the Town of Port Royal and approximately $1.5 million in net new annual revenue.
