University of New Haven student housing is an on-campus, suite-style housing for freshmen and sophomore students.

The new student housing has a total capacity of 368 beds organized around a "pod" concept where every 16 beds share a lounge space.  In addition, this building provides game room, music rooms, study lounges, and a community kitchen for the residents and two 50-seat classrooms, flexible spaces for informal student gathering, a 270-seat dining hall to serve the entire campus, all located in the ground level.
